Going For Gold! MK II! 

You can wait ages for a bus and then 2 come along at once...it would seem the same can be said for Chief Scout Gold Awards too!

Whilst away on the hillcraft trip with the rest of Gravesham District Scouts one of our Scouts, Oscar, complete the his Expedition Challenge award and thus also completing his Gold Chief Scout Award! Once again this was a very proud moment for me as Scout Leader as I have seen Oscar come through the troop and watched him deservedly achieve every award that leads to this one, Oscar was also part of my walking party on Hillcraft which also allowed me to see that he had learnt a wide range of outdoors skills whilst being part of the troop and was able to put them into practice!

A massive well done to Oscar!
